Went to dealership on Monday. Review what was wrong. Set up for earliest appointment Thursday. Game me a loner car with 245,000 miles. Car was not looked at until Friday. Came me new loner at my request for weekend. Car service not completed until Tuesday

The vehicle belonged to my son and during the work it was discovered that you placed the vehicle under a different customers name which caused issues when he called and inquired about the status of the work later. Also no calls were made on work to be done after issue was diagnosed and at $147.50 an hour I thought the bill was excessive for the scope of the work completed and charged.

Never had a bad experience. Go there all the time because I trust them to do the job right.

Well, you guys got the oil change right. Brought my truck there twice now to have the key Tumblr replace, and I was told they don’t have the part after I took off work and powered the loaner to get this repair done. Now I’ll have to return for a third visit to get a repair done that’s under warranty on a 2023 Chevy 2500. I understand not having the part in stock might’ve been overlooked, but this is super inconvenient for the customer who wants to take off to work to get their vehicle repaired.

The repair people and the shop manager, were incredibly nice and sincere. I paid over $3000 to have my 1985 Corvette Serviced and fixed. It over heated and I had it towed in to be Serviced. A very good job was done with fixing the retractable headlights. However the Vet was running very hot after I paid for repairs. I was told when I called that that was not unusual... The vehicle then overheated Again and was not driveable....it over heated !!!!

The only question I have I have is, $120.00 for an oil change and tire rotation seems awfully high to me. Can't believe you don't offer free tire rotations after you buy a new truck there!

Runde Chevrolet is the absolute best with a trade-in for a new vehicle. If they don't have the new vehicle on the lot that you want they will get it for you. I have found most of the time they have what I want there on the lot. The most selection of vehicles that I have seen for miles around. I have dealt with Tim Runde for over 35 years and keep coming back even though I now live a couple of hundred miles away. The absolute best dealer around!!

Long wait, appointment time was pushed back with no notification

Engine repairs seem just fine and was grateful that service noticed I needed new brakes. Would be nice if you would reset my oil change gage and leave a next oil change sticker in the window. Feel Runde mechanics know my car and stand behind the repairs. Thanks TRM

Easy to schedule

I bought a hail damaged vehicle. There was a long delay waiting for a windshield. Other than that wait, Kolten did a great job and the entire dealership got me the best deal possible.

I was very thankful and pleased with the service that I received with my car this past week. When the transmission would not work last Saturday, I was luckily able to get my car over to Runde's garage. The car died right in the driveway, but Jason made sure that he got me up the hill since I was still recovering from foot surgery. I was very thankful that Runde's was able to give me a car on lone, since I do not have a second vehicle. Thank goodness, you do that as a service. Jason was great during the week. He called me several times during the week to update me on what was happening with my car. He explained what they were doing to solve the problem and how the car was responding. When I picked up my car when everything was completed, Jason explained things in my terms so that I could understand what had happened. I really appreciate this customer service. Thank you.

Overall good, wait time was very long but understandable. There communication during the warranty work was great. Along will doing the paper work for it. Only down side would be trying to get ahold of the service department to get an appointment. It took 20 minutes to talk to someone and it wasn't even the service department. I let 10 free oil changes expire at the Hazel Green location for this very reason. You would get an answering machine and no one would call you back. This would be my 3rd truck from Rundes.

I finally am scheduled for a warranty repair on 8/25, I have been waiting since middle of May. Had this not been scheduled, I would have given only one star.

Everything went very well except for the tire pressure sensor system. It was checked and reset at the dealership but when I got home the "Service Tire Pressure System" warning light was right back on. -steve

It was bad from the start: A part was ordered, waited a long time , checked , part was in,I was not notified. I was not acknowledged or greeted by two service techs working ..one scrolling on his phone, the other with a mouthful of food. For a 1pm appt. I was told it would be 15 mins. before my car could get in because mechanics were coming back from lunch.??? I was NOT told how long it would take when I asked (did they know??) ...waited over an hour..no update, when I checked... was told THEN I could have a loner. Waited 20 more mins. Told the tech, I would take the loner....he gave me keys, told me car was outside in front row..Grey Silverado..I could not find the truck, asked a serviceman tech I knew if he could help..he took the fab pressed it...the truck was BLOCKED IN by another car..went back in to get the blocked car out...he started to give me MORE KEYS!! I refused. Told him HE could move the car...the two servicemen then moved the car. I got the loner, noticed on the way home...THE GAS GAGE WAS ON EMPTY...was not sure I could get home or back!!! When I picked up my car, I relayed my experience to Tim Runde, owner. I have been a good and loyal customer over the years...but this experience has put that in question.

The work on my vehicle was expertly done and the handling of my extended warranty was excellent. My only complaint would be the condition of the courtesy car. It smelled terrible inside and the steering wheel was filthy.

No hassle ease of buying!

We had a few recalls on our corvette and were told that it would take 2 hours for the visit, when my husband called at the end of the day to ask if it was ready they told us it was an extensive recall and it would take longer. Their calendars were packed for Saturday and they were unsure whether they would get to it; meaning it would be there over the weekend. I called over to follow up because I feel like this should not have been an issue, if you scheduled us knowing the work, you should have time available to do the work. The manager called back and said they would have it done by the end of the day and would clean up the car because it had water spots all over it. We delivered the car clean and washed, we got it back with water spots all over it and it was very disappointing.

I dealt with Tim Runde the owner of the dealership,from start to finish the experience was fun and enjoyable. I have dealt with Runde chevrolet for 40 plus years and can report Tim and his brother Ron and their team of employees are professional honest and trustworthy. GM would be well served to use Runde dealership as a model of success and incorporate it into all GM dealerships. My only disappointment in purchasing a beautiful 2026 corvette from Tim is that GM no longer provides a paper printout of the vechicle. TIM again stepped up to the plate and is sourcing one for me. Please consider developing a more customer centric service model for key replacement. I had to stop in twice (once to get copy keys, second time to get keys programmed). I would suggest only have a customer come in when a service technician is also available to reprogram the new key.

Buying a car is a major purchase for us that is not taken lightly. We always measure the service before, during, and after the purchase and Rundes has never disappointed us. Our family had purchased many vehicles from them over the years and plan to do so going forward. Our salesman (Chris Kerkel) is great and its always a good time. Its more about our relationship than the sale. We have the Service Center do all our maintenance. They take good car of our vehicles and most important I trust them to alway do what is right. They dont push services that aren't needed, but will let me know the life or wear on parts that will need to be addressed in the future.

The service was completed efficiently, and the service consultant was on top of it reaching out and letting me know where the technician was as he worked on my car. However, it took a long time for the dealership to get back to me on service a month ago. I had my vehicle in for a tire monitor replacement. The replacement part was faulty, and parts had to order another. Brian told me he would reschedule the appointment when the part arrived. I never received a call. Finally, after a month I called and rescheduled the appointment

Staff was friendly. I waited an hour and half longer, then what I was told it would take. And was charged more then quoted. Even after I asked, if I was getting charged for sitting there, while they waited for GM to send them software. And I was told "No". I did get a refund for my overpayment. And the honored the quote.
