I have to drive the pickup more yet. It is still making a noise when I take off from a stop sign. I think it still shifted hard but want to drive it some more yet to see for sure. As for the noise I hear, it’s like a rattle noise or something when I take off from a stop at low speeds.

I was disappointed that I called 2 weeks prior to my appointment and let the East Dubuque location know that I either had a coolant leak or th sensor was bad. I figured by taking it to a dealership that they would have the coolant reservoir on hand. Turns out they didn’t have them stocked. So instead of a couple hour fix it turned into a 6 hour deal. The technicians are incredible and they do phenomenal work. Hats off to those guys!

I have dealt with Runde chevrolet for 40 plus years and can report Tim and his brother Ron and their team of employees are professional honest and trustworthy. GM would be well served to use Runde dealership as a model of success and incorporate it into all GM dealerships. My only disappointment in purchasing a beautiful 2026 corvette from Tim is that GM no longer provides a paper printout of the vechicle. TIM again stepped up to the plate and is sourcing one for me. No hassle ease of buying!

We had a few recalls on our corvette and were told that it would take 2 hours for the visit, when my husband called at the end of the day to ask if it was ready they told us it was an extensive recall and it would take longer. Their calendars were packed for Saturday and they were unsure whether they would get to it; meaning it would be there over the weekend. I called over to follow up because I feel like this should not have been an issue, if you scheduled us knowing the work, you should have time available to do the work. The manager called back and said they would have it done by the end of the day and would clean up the car because it had water spots all over it. We delivered the car clean and washed, we got it back with water spots all over it and it was very disappointing.

Buying a car is a major purchase for us that is not taken lightly. We always measure the service before, during, and after the purchase and Rundes has never disappointed us. Our family had purchased many vehicles from them over the years and plan to do so going forward. Our salesman (Chris Kerkel) is great and its always a good time. Its more about our relationship than the sale. We have the Service Center do all our maintenance. They take good car of our vehicles and most important I trust them to alway do what is right. They dont push services that aren't needed, but will let me know the life or wear on parts that will need to be addressed in the future.

Went in for a recall appointment for my 2022 Sierra. Reece Kircher could not have been more friendly and helpful. Everything was completed in less than an hour by Runde mechanics. Always refreshing when you experience good service, thank you.

Please consider developing a more customer centric service model for key replacement. I had to stop in twice (once to get copy keys, second time to get keys programmed). I would suggest only have a customer come in when a service technician is also available to reprogram the new key.

Runde's always works with me and my busy schedule so that I can get my car serviced. The technicians always check the things that I ask them to do. When they call me to let me know that the car is ready for pickup, they explain everything to me in my terms. I am very pleased with the service department.

Three different loaner cars. When they said vehicle was ready for pick up, the engine light came on when we were leaving.

Made an appointment last week for oil change check engine light power steering pump noise and break noise. Came in on Wednesday about 8:30 am. For my appointment went over everything with service employee, first name Andy. He said they would have to run a dionoistic and that it was $135 an hour I already plus oil change. He then informed me an hour later that it said 2 of my cleynder were bad and the power sterling pump also. Asked about if my extended warranty would cover it He told me no it would not and told me a ball park price about $7000.00. Told him to do oil change and that's all because I just didn't understand why my extended warranty wouldn't cover it. So waiting for oil change then he tells my my front right tire they found a screw in. Told him to put a plug in that. Then after awhile they brought my car and park it out front running. 20 minutes later Andy said he had everything ready. So he went over everything that he said that needed to be done so I asked again why my extended warranty won't cover any of it. We discussed the mater more because I just don't understand why it won't cover the power steering and cleynder. Then Andy says we'll maybe it will but I don't have time today to look into it. Make another appointment and we can look at it is what he said. I made an appointment for that day why do I have to be pushed away and told to come back another day. But the kicker is I went to pull out of parking lot and the battery waring light and it was saying service battery charger system. Something along that line. So I turned around and went back in. Told Andy that waring light and service light was on and he said well we had to jump start it when it was in the bay. And I said I have never had an issue and those waring light were not on when I brought it there. Andy then said oh a battery can go bad just like that. So he said he didn't have time to look at it, even thought I had an appointment for that day. He did give me a loner. I went home Andy called me about an hour before they closed and told me my vehicle was done, and that someone hacked up the cable to the battery. Kind of weird how it was fine when it went in and bad when I went to leave. And no one has even popped the hood to my vehicle sense I purchased it from you guys except your service department. Andy was very rude. When I picked my vehicle I asked again about fixing what needs to be fixed andabout extended warranty. Again Andy said he didn't have time to discuss it he didn't have the information he needed from vehicle, even thought he had it for over 24 hours. Worst service I have ever had from your company, I would really like a follow up please.

Staff was friendly. I waited an hour and half longer, then what I was told it would take. And was charged more then quoted. Even after I asked, if I was getting charged for sitting there, while they waited for GM to send them software. And I was told "No". I did get a refund for my overpayment. And the honored the quote.

appointment was at 7am and I was told it would take 1.5 hours to fix the truck and they would call me so I had a friend pick me up at the dealership . 3.5 hrs later i hadn't heard from them so I went back to the dealership thinking it was done and they forgot to call but they had not even started working on it so I left and called back at noon still not done, they finally called me at 12 :30 and I went and picked it up . I live 40 miles away and this was the 2nd trip on this problem the first trip took 2hrs to tell me they had to order parts

The service was completed efficiently, and the service consultant was on top of it reaching out and letting me know where the technician was as he worked on my car. However, it took a long time for the dealership to get back to me on service a month ago. I had my vehicle in for a tire monitor replacement. The replacement part was faulty, and parts had to order another. Brian told me he would reschedule the appointment when the part arrived. I never received a call. Finally, after a month I called and rescheduled the appointment

Had a great experience yet again at Runde. Bought my other vehicle there and it was a easy process. I was able to do most of the deal via email with Geoff Barklow which was very convenient for me. We definitely continue to go back to Runde for service and when I purchase another vehicle.

It took longer than most times but it was 16 below temperatures

Thought I had a problem with the blower fan running after the Colorado was idle for a while. Come to find out, it is supposed to run to dry out around the condenser to keep musty smells from entering the cab.

My experience with Runde is always positive. Employees are always professional and friendly, and the service is always great.

I thought I needed brakes because I heard a noise and then it stopped. I told Jason that but I wanted the brakes check anyway. I didn’t need new brakes. Thanks for your honesty!!!

Way way too expensive. I am going to have to find someone else to service my vehicle. I have had every service and repair done on my truck since I bought it, but this was the last time I think. Had a window module installed. 1st estimate was almost 600 dollars! New service manager said the part was over 300 dollars and on the spot I found about 10 different modules that fit my truck for under 100 dollars! The other service manager shouted off and said " well we have to mark parts up" which i understand but less than three times the quote is ridiculous. Previous service manager always looked out for the customer, but it looks like these two service managers are all about money and not about customer relations

What a great experience, I needed an oil change before I went out of town which was the following day. They were able to squeeze me in that day not to mention the interior looked amazing when I picked it up. The environment was very relaxed and didn’t push a bunch of things I didn’t need. When making my appointment on Tuesday morning, I made sure they were aware I was leaving town Friday morning. I was told they'd get it in right away as they currently had an open bay to look at it. I dropped the vehicle off around 8:30am and wasn't called until around 2:30pm to let me know they needed to order a part. No big deal, they were going to order it that night, receive it the next day and complete the repair. I wasn't contacted again until around 3pm that following day (Wednesday) to let me know the order was not actually placed and they'd need to order with this day's order, but would have it in and work done the following day (Thursday). I had to call back again on Thursday around 3pm since I hadn't heard anything and was concerned as I needed to leave town the following morning (Friday). When I called, they still hadn't even gone through the order that had come in to even verify if my part they order was in said order. FINALLY, I was given a call around 4:15 that day (Thursday) to let me know my vehicle repairs were completed. The delay in/lack of communication throughout this process along with lack of taking ownership for the delay is frustrating. Along with all of this, I am grateful for a loaner vehicle to use, however the piece of shit vehicle is hardly acceptable. It was under 1/8 of a tank of gas, the air conditioning didn't work and the seats didn't adjust. This is the second time I've been given an loaner vehicle with little gas, the last time the gas light was actually on when I started it to leave the lot.

We have bought several vehicles from your dealership so that will speak for itself.

Called on Saturday. Left message for Service and they returned phone call a few minutes later. I got my daughter's vehicle in on Monday and it was fixed.

We just got the truck Saturday and Sunday the temperature stuck, so the fan kept running. They couldn't get us in Monday, but did on Tuesday. They had it fixed and ready to go in a timely manner.

Overall good. Friendly, clean and prompt service. Three concerns: I had a $40 oil change coupon that was processed as a $25 warranty coupon. This coupon was emailed to me from Chevy. My anti freeze was 1/2” below the fill line prior to my appointment, and it was still 1/2” below the fill line after. Lastly, I also had my tire rotated during this appointment. Prior to service my tires registered 38-38-38-37 lbs. After my appointment they registered 38-38-37-37. Recommended tire pressure is 35 lbs. I have since purchased the correct anti freeze myself and filled properly. My level of confidence and trust is not the same as it was prior to my service appointment either.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as the engine light went out before I took it over to be serviced. As it was decided there was a slight problem yet going on, but we talked about pricing before we started, I was ok with that. Vehicle went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, told the dealership about one of the tires having a slow leak. They took the tire off, inspected it, found it was a nail, and fixed the leak. Runde's has great service.

We went with Randy that was over 100 miles away from us because Dallas was great to deal with. I purchased my car from you and was extremely pleased. While I live 20 minutes in Iowa away from your location with a McGrath Chevy dealership less than 2 miles from my home I have been a loyal service customer. The last service I had done took 90 minutes when I was told it would be 45. Mt appointment was at 9 am. This is the second time I’ve had this experience. Not real happy right now.

I dropped by your dealership to have a scratch repaired at your body shop in East Dubuque. I didn't realize that your dealership did not have a body shop and you subcontract the work. When I pulled in your service department, I was approached by one of your service text, I believe his name was Matt, and he approached my E-Ray Corvette and told me I had to move my car out immediately because other cars had to move in and out. I pulled the car out and the service tech started taking some pictures of the scratch to be fixed. Not knowing that you didn't have a body shop, I asked when it can be repaired. It was then that he told me that you don't have a body shop and you subcontract all of that work. I could've saved some time if he would've just said take it to a local body shop because we don't do that here. I have never had an issue or concern with your dealership and have purchased five vehicles in the last 10 years. He could have politely asked. I thought the tech was rude aggressively directing me to move my car out of the service area. You should know this.

The problem with my vehicle should have been addressed at my oil change when I brought it up and was dismissed. Your service staff, including the manager need work on their customer service and listening skills.

Jason is the best mechanic!!! He listened to my concerns and asked me questions so that he knew what to check for. Once the work was finished, he came into the waiting area where I was at and explained everything to me that they did to my car to make sure that I was aware of what was happening. I am not a mechanical person, so I appreciate Jason explaining things to me so that I know what is going on.

Geoff Barlow was our salesman. Read us perfectly. Relaxed atmosphere. Zero pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions without hesitation.

We brought our corvette over because it had a leak in the tire. It took a week to get time in the shop which was fine; however, when we came over for our service appointment they weren't able to fix it knowing that their policy was they wouldn't fix a corvette tire and would need to replace it; however a tire was never ordered. We finally got notification the tire came in 3 weeks later. We had already picked up our Corvette and just had the tire repaired at Discount Tire since the repair was taking far too long.

The lease was up on my 2023 Chevy Silverado. I ended up getting a different salesperson at Runde this time and it went smoothly. Other than "settling" for a black Silverado this time, the whole process went smoothly. There weren't a whole lot of color options this time around but the black one will suffice. Being someone that lives locally, I know a lot of the people that work at Runde and I had no issues at all.

We searched online and found a car at the Junge Plattville location. My husband called, and Tim said he would get it to the East Dubuque location at the time we set up. Bobbie greeted us when we came in the door there. She took us back and started getting our info. Tim, the person we had talked to on the phone, soon came, and we were able to make a deal with our trade. Tim was upfront and able to give us the best deal. We didn’t have to wait long to get it which impressed my husband. Since the paperwork would take a little time, Tim and Bobbie told us they would buy us lunch. When we returned, we saw Trent and found out about the extended warranty. He was good at explaining everything and learned what we needed and what we didn’t. Tim took us out and showed us all about our new Enclave. He took us for a drive to show us how the cruise worked and got our OnStar changed as well as our phones synced. He was very good at explaining the electronic elements and how they worked. We thought the whole experience was great. The employees were wonderful to us and definitely helped us through the whole car buying experience. We accidentally left sunglasses in our trade which the detailing people found for us. Your East Dubuque Junge location is the best place I’ve gotten a car, and the people working there are professional and care about their customers. Our thanks to Tim and Bobbie and everyone there.

Did not come down at all, at negotiations... fine. I did buy a brand new vehicle, and paid for a spray liner. When I dropped my truck off for that, they gave me a banged up loaner car, that stank, and was filthy inside. AC didn't really work. Also asked for temp plates, and was told it would be another $27, which after the $45,000, I found unacceptable. They have a long way to go, for me to make my next purchase with that location.

Brakes were making funny sounds but they took it for a drive and put it up on the hoist and couldn’t find anything which was good in a way but they charged 165.00 dollars and hour that’s fucking ridiculous and I wasn’t happy with the bill

The staff was friendly and helpful, but your service prices are ridiculous and your warranties cover nothing. I received a letter of a class action lawsuit this shifting issue, so it is obviously a known issue yet no accountability by you guys or GMC for that matter. I brought my Equinox in for a quote on a radio issue where the touch screen was not working around 2-3 years ago. The quote was for roughly $1200 from you guys. I found the same part online for $35 (it was used but is still working today) and put it in myself in less than 1 hour. It is safe to say I will not bring any vehicles back for service to you guys nor will I ever buy another car from you guys again with the way you handle issues when they arise. I will be coaching my teenage kids to shop elsewhere as well. I just bought a car from Brad Deery out of Maquoketa for my wife and had the best experience.
